Analysis and Experiment on the Seed Metering Mechanism of Multi-Grain Cluster Air Suction Type Rice (Oryza sativa L.) Hill Direct Seed Metering Device

This paper aims to solve the problem of high reseeding rates and mis-seeding in rice multi-grain hole direct seeding process. A multi grain cluster air suction type hill seed metering device was developed, its mechanism analyzed. Based on CFD-DEM coupling simulation bench tests, this study explored optimized performance device, carried out adaptability test. The results were as follows: when negative pressure ?5 kPa, static pressure, dynamic velocity flow field reached maximum. When ?4 qualification index 89.62%, 4.36%, 6.02%. orthogonal rotation combination test three factors five levels showed that speed, length stirring brush 20.70 rpm, ?4.0 kPa 10.50 mm respectively, best, 90.85%, 4.41% 4.74%. had strong sowing different varieties, met agronomic requirements holes.
